ARE OUR PRODUCTS NZ SOURCED

Yes, all of our products are sourced through the NZ distributor for each brand.  We DO NOT supply Parallel Imported, recycled, remanufactured, or clone products through this website.  Your warranty is provided in NZ by the official NZ Warranty Providers in all cases.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED ?

direct.co.nz is an online division of i3 NZ limited and operates from the i3 NZ Limited commercial premises located at 8/36 William Pickering Drive in Albany, on Aucklands North Shore. Phone 09 415 9222.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?

Delivery NZ wide is usually overnight in the North Island and within 48 hours in the South Island from the time we have recieved and verified your payment.

HOW CAN YOU PAY ?

Our preferred method of payment is by Direct Credit / Internet Banking direct to our ASB Bank Account 12-3119-0132565-50.

 

We also accept payment via Credit Card, you can select this option and we'll call you back during business hours for your card details, we do not use automated processes due to the high incidence of online fraud.

 

Company cheque by prior arrangement with suitable photo ID.

 

FREIGHT / DELIVERY CHARGES

Our standard freight charges range from $9.95 in Auckland to $19.00 in the South Island (including GST).  These rates can vary depending on products, size, quantity and weight and from time to time promotional offers and coupons provide freight free incentives.

CAN WE COLLECT ?

Yes, all products can be collected from 8/36 William Pickering Drive, Albany by prior arrangement. Collecting is a 'Delivery' option for online ordering as part of the basket/checkout process.  We will confirm that the stock is available from Albany on receipt of your order, otherwise we require 24 hours to transfer stock from other facilities to Albany. Payment confirmation will be required before processing the order for collect.
